Not a pillowtop feel
I purchased this mattress and was hoping for a very soft almost pillow-like feel. After waiting for 1 1/2 days after opening for it to regain 11 inch height (it never did) I decided to go ahead and just try sleeping on it. It is definitely NOT a pillowtop. It looks like it but it is not soft. This is a VERY firm mattress. I wake up with very sore shoulders every day from sleeping on it. Since I'm pregnant I was really hoping for something a little more comforting. I was (and still am after sleeping on it for almost a month now) a very unhappy customer.More detail ...
